Announcements

A new item “Announcements” has been added to the admin panel. Here you can manage existing announcements and release notes, or create new ones. “Announcements” are divided into two types:

  1. General is a general type of news. Announcements of this type will not necessarily be shown to the user after authorization. Only if the corresponding parameter is set (Show on login)
  2. Release Notes – the type of Announcements that will be shown after authorization to all users. The “Show on login” parameter for this type cannot be changed. It is enabled by default.

To add new Announcements, click on the “Add New Announcements” button. A modal window will open where you can specify the parameters for the new “Announcements”:

  1. Announcements can be of two types:
  • General
  • Release Notes
  1. Announcements Header – news title.
  2. Status – Published and Not Published. If Not Published is selected, the news will not be shown to users, neither after authorization nor on the Announcements page.
  3. Published Date – the date from which the news will be available for display to users.
  4. Expiration Date – the date from which the news will be unavailable for displaying to users.
  5. Show on login – a parameter responsible for displaying news after user authorization.
  6. Announcements Text – the main text of the news.

Announcements Text is filled with a text editor. It generates html on the output with the necessary styles for the correct display of text on the corresponding pages / windows. When entering text, you can see how the text will look on the pages in the Preview tab. The following functionality is available for editing text:

  1. Bold text
  2. Italics
  3. Underlined
  4. Crossed out
  5. Lists
  6. Insert a link
  7. Inserting images by URL
  8. Inserting tables
  9. Indentation
